  • Engage in a transformative self-assessment intervention

    where your organization undergoes a series of online and offline tests. Collaborative assessment sessions are meticulously conducted, culminating in the submission of a comprehensive report.     Upon receiving approval from both TransGanization and the business, a collaborative journey planning meeting is held. In this session, broader milestones are established through mutual agreement. Following this, the project's kick off date and event are meticulously planned, setting the stage for a successful collaboration

  • Strategy Meet

    The 12 month journey commences with a three-day offsite residential campus immersion, exclusively designed for promoters to kick off the transformative journey.
