What the work actually feels like

You will be on-ground at a Seeker business - sometimes far from home, sometimes in an industry you didn’t expect. For the first 6 months, you will feel the weight of a business that does not yet trust you. Then something shifts. The promoter starts calling you before anyone else. The team starts to change. The organization starts to breathe differently.

The work is not comfortable. You will face days where the framework gives no obvious answer and you have to hold ambiguity without panic. You will give feedback that is unwelcome and be challenged on it. You will make calls that don’t work out and own them. This is how the growth happens - not in workshops. In the room, in real time.

Profile review

We read your CV as a story - what you chose to do, how you describe your impact, what you omit. We look for intellectual character, not just career history. Response within 5 working days.

Foundation test

An online assessment that looks at personality, IQ, EQ and Excel skills - completed in your own time, in an online environment.

Analytical assessment - 90 minutes

A real business problem, a dataset and a structured case. We are not testing what you know - we are testing how you think. The approach matters more than the answer.

Framework conversation - 60 minutes

A senior team member introduces the TSOT framework and asks you to engage with it critically. Where does it resonate? Where do you disagree? Honest beats performed.

Founder conversation - 90 minutes

No agenda. A real conversation with Kundan or Rohit about your thinking, your failures, what you believe about how organisations change. The most important conversation in the process.

Reference check + offer

We verify character through people who have worked closely with you. Then we make an offer. Total time from application to offer: 3-4 weeks.

Frequently asked.

You will be based at or near the Seeker business - typically for 12-18 months. You will spend most working days at their office or facility, working directly with their team. This is not a remote role and not constant city-hopping. Think of it as a posting, not a project.
Yes. Consulting experience is useful but not required. The most important things - intellectual hunger, problem-solving instinct, and a desire to see theory become practice - are not exclusive to consulting backgrounds. Operations managers, strategy professionals and business analysts with strong analytical capability have all done well here.
TSOT (TransGanization School of Thought) is a 9-planet system for Family Business transformation - covering strategy, finance, operations, people, leadership and culture. You will learn it thoroughly through real application in your first 6 months, not classroom training. No prior knowledge is required.
Partnership is earned through demonstrated performance across four phases - Executor, Planner, P&L Owner and Partner. The typical journey is 6-8 years. At Partner level you own a business line with a profit-share stake (partnerships here are based on profit sharing). A real destination - not a marketing phrase.
Seeker businesses are all over India and abroad. Depending on the Seeker assigned to you, you may need to relocate or travel. We discuss logistics clearly and transparently before any offer is made.
Intense, purposeful and non-hierarchical. You will work closely with founders who are still actively in client work. Decisions are made by the person closest to the situation, not by seniority. The culture rewards intellectual honesty and direct communication.
