TransGanization was founded in 2013 by two people who believe a business should outlive its founder - supported by a team that sits inside organizations to make that real.
Rohit Arora
Rohit Arora is a conscious business strategist dedicated to helping passionate entrepreneurs build organizations with a global mindset and extraordinary capabilities. An alumnus of IIT Mumbai, ISB Hyderabad, and Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, he has guided numerous business owners in discovering their purpose and creating sustainable enterprises through the TransGanization methodology.
He is the author of the best-selling books TransGanization and Journey of Ajaa. Combining business excellence with the wisdom of Advaita Vedanta, he conducts weekly spiritual programs that are also telecast on the national television channel Bhakti Sagar. Prior to founding TransGanization, he held leadership roles with organizations including KPMG, Arthur Andersen, and HSBC.
Kundan Gurav
Kundan Gurav is dedicated to empowering Family Businesses to build sustainable, scalable, and conscious enterprises through transformation and conscious leadership. Over the past two decades, he has transformed 450+ businesses, impacted 10,000+ entrepreneurs, and worked with 835 enterprises across diverse industries.
As Co-Founder of TransGanization, he leads holistic business transformations by integrating people, processes, systems, leadership, and culture to create process-driven organizations. His experience includes leadership roles at Meru Cabs and Turning Point Training & Assessment Systems, along with pioneering experiential learning through Prerak Business Simulations & Systems. Pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from ESGCI, Paris, Kundan combines scientific methodologies with spiritual awareness to help businesses create enduring value and contribute meaningfully to society.
